Interesting studies, this one especially, the composition allows the viewer to suggest other forms, such as flowers or themes such as nuturing, so it goes beyond a pure study.
Thanks for the comments. I’ve been holding this (no pun intended) in my head for awhile – thinking about a series of these sorts paired with faces – letting the idea ferment a little… Something about the hand that tells more than the face sometimes….
