I am required to photography this grove.

To attempt to acquire a memory.

It is the only thing left.

Nature will not forget – it outlasts the place (farm) that it once sheltered. The road that once brought others.

I feel this way sometimes when I see a grove of trees – arranged for protection. Yet protecting only some memory.

I can only imagine.
